Introducing Lush Shinjuku, the biggest Lush store in Asia which takes experience led retail to a new level. With a four story outward facing screen, this store puts Lush right at the centre of the Tokyo landscape.
Lush Shinjuku offers 4 floors of fresh product, dynamic design and innovative tech with immersive installations including 24 hour shoppable window, interactive bath art, app controlled lighting and musical jellies.
To create a borderless experience we created a language free approach for signage, using icons for wayfinding paired with integrated screens showing products in action.
